Hey Heroes! On the latest episode of Hero’s Journey, I talked to Robert, drummer from the metal band Cirith Ungol.

Cirith Ungol started way back in 1971 and have since graced many stages, even continuing to play live after a 25 year hiatus. After possibly retiring from live shows at the end of 2024, they’re back with their new live album "Live at the Roxy."

In the episode, we talked about their live album from the iconic Roxy venue, if the band will ever tour again, Robert's original "caveman" drumming style, wanting to write the heaviest metal music known to man, and more!
