Heroek Revisits The 808 Sessions

I also recently released my newest song “What You Want - Remix” with rapper SXNXKX.
You may recognize the song from The 808 Sessions, but we’ve put a spin on it. While browsing through music files on my computer, I found unused vocal takes from my work with SXNXKX. So, I had an idea to remake the song with these new lyrics, and reached out to SXNXKX. He liked the idea, and off we went!

Quest Clothing Fake It Till You Make It Collection
📢Heroek And Yvng Udon Pair Up Again! 🎵🤍🎨
I’m excited to announce the newest Quest Clothing collection, inspired by my song “Fake It Till You Make It” with Yvng Udon.
This song was a fun experiment for me, as I produced it with a lot of background sound effects. Adding in things like a sword swish, slime sounds, and a cigarette being lit were cool ways to build out the atmosphere of the track. Then, Yvng Udon came on with the perfect flow for the song.

I also wanted to announce the newest way to keep up with the content I release: though Threads!
I plan on using my threads account to post about new music, podcasts, YouTube uploads, and other content. Additionally, it’ll be a way to get more in-the-moment updates, similar to my Instagram stories.

A Quick Ask For Help
I wanted to quickly bring attention to a bill that will soon be presented to U.S. Congress. The bill, called the “Living Wage for Musicians Act,” would raise the amount of money music streaming services need to pay artists.
The bill proposes streaming platforms pay artists 1 cent per stream, a considerable increase from what would currently be paid (estimated; most services don’t pay on a strict per-stream basis).
While I try to not get too political, I ask that you show your support. Use this link if you’re a music artist, or this link if you’re not but still believe in the cause.
