Ray LeVier is a New York-based drummer, composer, and motivational speaker known for his resilience and dynamic musicianship. After surviving a life-altering accident at age 12, Ray turned to music as a source of healing and inspiration. His drumming career has led him to collaborate with jazz greats like Mike Stern and John Abercrombie, blending jazz, funk, and rock influences. His latest song, “Uncharted Destiny,” showcases his musical storytelling and versatility. Beyond performing, Ray composes for television and shares his inspiring journey through motivational speaking.

In the episode, we talked about his new book "Drumming In Flow," making music for TV, the tragic accident that took most of his fingers, spending 3 years making a music video for his song "Uncharted Destiny," the innovative live performances of his electronic duo "Lab Lords," and more!
