Hey Heroes! Recently, I got to help rapper Just Blake. out on his song “Voyager 1.”
Just Blake. had sent me a draft of this song, and I was immediately hooked with the awesome instrumental (produced by Atlantian) and space-themed lyrics. Then, he asked if I could help out with the track, and I ended up doing some vocal production and touched up the mastering.

Mordeo Comes On Hero’s Journey
Today, I released a podcast episode with the Chico-based crust band Mordeo.
Mordeo formed in 2023 and makes noisy, aggravated, sludgy music born from frustration in order to create something communal and impossible to ignore. After about a year and a half of aggressive live shows, they’re releasing a self-titled album tomorrow, March 27th.
We talked about musicians playing in multiple bands, their debut album coming out tomorrow, disliking AI in creative fields, playing concerts without breaks between songs, and more!
